"I switched to State Farm insurance when I bought my home in 2020. Until that point I used cheesy and cheap auto coverages from some subsidiaries of other companies. So when I found I was in need of flood coverage in order to finish the purchase of my home, (NONE of this I know anything about), I simply walked in to the Ben Kirby office after work. When I left that day, which was only about 45 minutes!- I left with KNOWLEDGE, COVERAGE, and a smile. Everyone in that office is fantastic, helpful, and incredibly sincere and knowledgeable. Since that day, I have been able to reach out via text, email or call for any insurance need, they take care of it ALL! AND explain things in a simple way to help me know what is going on and what I need to do! I give 500 stars. I will never switch insurers. They have truly helped my homeowners experience."
